Your images will be carefully curated to tell your unique story. I do not set a limit when it comes to the number of images. All of your special moments are important! Every image will be professionally color-edited in accordance with the signature Mona Silja Weddings style.

Within 8 weeks, you will receive your images in a beautiful online gallery that makes it super easy to share the love with all your loved ones. Download your pictures in high resolution and print your favorite ones right away.

To make your wedding photography experience as stress-free as possible, a complimentary engagement session is included as a gift to you in every collection from 7 hours.
This session takes place before your wedding and gives us the opportunity to get to know each other before your big day. In addition, you have the great opportunity to "practice" beforehand, so you won't be shy in front of the camera on your wedding day. This means less stress and more fun on your big day!
The images from your engagement session are a wonderful way to personalize invitations, your wedding website, or your guest book.

Investments for the Mona Silja Wedding Photography Experience start at:
2100 €
This includes 7 hours of wedding day coverage. Most couples book 10 hours of wedding day coverage. (On Fridays & Saturdays from April - September, wedding coverage is available from 7 hours.)
Shorter coverage is available from 2 hours and starts at 800 €. (Available from Monday - Thursday or every day from October - March.)

How do we reserve our date?
After we've had our call and you've received and reviewed your personalized quote, if you decide that you would like to move forward with booking, you can easily sign your contract online. After you've submitted your 30% retainer, you'll be officially booked with Mona Silja Weddings.

How many hours of photography coverage do I need on my wedding
day?
While you can already book me for 7 hours of coverage, after having photographed countless wedding days, I've found 10 hours to be the sweet spot for most weddings. It will be enough time to capture everything from the Getting Ready part of the day to roughly 30-60 min of dancing on the dance floor.

We are always so awkward in pictures. Can you make us look
natural?
A thousand times yes! My approach uses a combination of candid and naturally posed images, which will create an authentic and timeless look without feeling forced or awkward.

Do we need an engagement session?
An engagement session before the wedding can help tremendously with how you feel in front of the camera on your wedding day. You won't know it beforehand, but you just might feel a little nervous on your big day. The last thing you need then is to feel uncomfortable in front of the camera. That is why, with every full-day wedding package (7 hours +), I include a complimentary engagement session where we can get to know each other. You will be able to experience and practice being in front of the camera, which will not only make you feel at ease but also provide you with some beautiful memories as a bonus! I recommend planning this day as a date and going to dinner afterward to celebrate!

Can you help us with our timeline?
Yes, I love to help with timelines! I know you're doing this for the first time and have so many questions about what to watch out for and how much time to plan for what and when. That is why I will help you create your personal timeline that you can continue to tweak to fit your day perfectly.

How many photos will we receive?
Typically, one hour of photography coverage yields roughly 90 images. However, this may vary through several different factors, such as whether you choose to do a first look, how many small events you have during the day, or how many guests you have. I wholeheartedly believe that all of your moments are important. That is why I do not impose a limit on your image gallery. Speaking from experience, you can anticipate around 1200 photos from 10 hours of wedding day coverage.

Do you include beauty retouching?
Beauty retouching is not generally included. However, I believe that anything that wouldn't be there after three days, shouldn't be in your forever wedding images. That is why, in extreme close-ups, I will remove any distracting blemishes for you as a complimentary service.

What happens if you get sick?
Luckily that has never happened before. Fingers crossed! However, in case it does happen, I can tap into my network of amazing photographers to jump in and document your day. In the unlikely event my network is all booked out, I have further ways of connecting with other photographers to find you someone quickly!

Our wedding is outside the Rhine-Main area. Will you travel for our wedding?
Absolutely yes! I've traveled near and far for my couples and would love to do the same for you.
